Initial shortlist and selection of 5 to 10 candidates best suited to the vacancy
2nd round technical interview with one of our technical IT staff * Final round face to face or video conference interview to assess candidates personality, body language and presentation skills.
Custom built Resource Right summary outlining suitability for the role and why we have selected that particular candidate based on the job requirements
Full resource process support from application through to on-boarding and candidate joining date

Tailored outsourcing model based on project duration, budget and technical requirements which can be based on individual or volume hires. Dedicated Account Management – In-Sourcing Model
In more recent years, with the progression of social media, reduced hiring budgets and an emphasis to cut external recruitment spend, there is more financial pressure on companies not to use 3rd parties to source their staff. However, in some circumstances, there could be a shortage of experience, internal recruiters or technical expertise. Resource Right has devised a service based on previous experience and requirements that provides flexibility, maximum support and competitive rates.
Customer will have the choice of hiring a member of the Resource Right team to be based onsite or offsite or a mixture of the two.
Expanded CRM Capabilities:
The Dedicated Account Manager will have the option of using Resource Right’s interactive CRM as well as the customers to locate, shortlist and select candidates.
Reduction in Hiring Fee’s :
Under our Dedicated Account Management model, we will work with the customer’s budget to create a fixed pricing model rather being charged a higher percentage per hire.

Internal Recruitment Process
Resource Right will spend time on the client site working with the internal recruitment team and line management on a business analysis exercise to understand how the current environment operates when hiring new staff and advise on where improvements can be made to improve hiring success rates

Resource Right, with its 20+ years experience in the recruitment sector will provide a full evaluation on performance of external agencies and how they provide a beneficial service. We will also look at the value of money spent and if there should be a review or a set standard of terms that need to be implemented to streamline processes and procedures
Reduction in Job Board Costs
